How can you depend on Elevate during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

First, let us say we hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. These uncertain times have a way of reorganizing priorities. At Elevate, the health of our employees and the communities we serve is taking precedence. As the threat of COVID-19 continues to impact our local citizens and economies, we want you to know how you can count on us:

We are increasing your speed: To support the increased bandwidth needs during this time of increased working and schooling from home, Elevate is once again upgrading all residential accounts to its fastest speed, 1,000 Mbps (1 Gig), free of charge. This upgrade is in effect until January 31, 2021. Consumers will not be charged for this upgrade, and they will automatically return to their regular speed on February 1, 2021. If you need help, we can offer it: Elevate has assistance options for consumers who are struggling to pay. Eligible consumers can receive assistance to help them continue paying a portion of their bill. To find out more about Elevate's assistance options call 844-386-8744.

We recognize that the internet is more important than ever for local families. Therefore, Elevate is continuing to provide new service installations and respond to repair calls. Our fiber network will perform: Our network is handling the increased internet traffic and, rest assured, it is ready for more. We are using the most advanced and reliable technology and have a team of technicians dedicated to maintaining it.
