International Calling:

By default, Elevate disables international calling to prevent toll fraud. By adding this to your plan you:

  1. Agree to accept and pay per minute international long distance charges;
  2. Understand and accept that it is your obligation to take measures to ensure against toll fraud;
  3. Understand and agree that you are responsible for payment of any charges incurred due to toll fraud;
  4. Understand that Elevate’s election to block or not block calling on any selected routes shall not impose any liability on Elevate or absolve you of any liability for toll fraud on your telephone number.
I agree to pay the monthly charge and all applicable fees associated with Elevate phone service. I understand that to receive phone service, I must have Elevate intenet service (charged separately). I understand that phone service I month-to-month and that I can drop or add service at my convenience for no charge. I agree to comply with Elevate’s policies, rules, and rate, fee, and price schedules for phone service (collectively the “Terms of Service [hyperlink to TOS]). I understand and agree that the Terms of Service may change from time to time in the future, and will remain contractually binding. My use of the Service is an acknowledgement that I agree to the Terms of Service.
