Elevate Welcomes Former Delta County TDS Customers

Elevate Internet, the fiber-internet subsidiary of Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA), welcomes former Delta County TDS customers to the Elevate family.

“We’re excited to welcome these new customers into the Elevate community,” said Kent Blackwell, DMEA’s Chief Administrative Officer. “Our mission has always been to deliver world-class internet backed by award-winning customer service. Whether it’s walking someone through their first bill, setting up a new email, or finding the best plan for their household, our team is here to make the switch as seamless as possible.”

Elevate will host a Switch Q&A event on Friday, September 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Memorial Hall (175 1st Street, Hotchkiss CO) to assist with the transition. Elevate team members will be on-site to answer questions, show how to transition to a new email provider, explain billing and payment options, and respond to any service or plan-related questions.
