Agree to accept and pay per minute international long distance charges;
Understand and accept that it is your obligation to take measures to ensure against toll fraud;
Understand and agree that you are responsible for payment of any charges incurred due to toll fraud;
Understand that Elevate’s election to block or not block calling on any selected routes shall not impose any liability on Elevate or absolve you of any liability for toll fraud on your telephone number.
