Elevate IMPACT Makes High-Speed Internet More Affordable

Access to reliable, high-speed internet has become essential for work, education, healthcare, and staying connected. To help ensure more local families can access the service they need, Elevate offers Elevate IMPACT, a discount program that provides eligible households with up to $20 off their monthly internet service.
As a locally owned and operated internet provider, Elevate is committed to expanding digital access throughout Delta and Montrose counties.
“We believe every family deserves access to reliable internet,” said Jack Johnston, President of Elevate. “Elevate IMPACT is one of the ways that we support the communities we serve by making internet service more affordable for households that qualify. We are committed to serving our neighbors and helping connect our communities.”
Eligible customers may receive a monthly discount of up to $20 by providing documentation that an individual in their household participates in one of the following assistance programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Federal Pell Grant
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit Program
- Federal Housing Assistance Programs
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Lifeline
- Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
For households already enrolled in the federal Lifeline program, Elevate IMPACT can offer an additional opportunity to reduce the cost of staying connected. Lifeline is a federal benefit that helps eligible low-income consumers pay for communications services. Customers who qualify for Lifeline automatically qualify for Elevate IMPACT.
