Amy Gavell

Amy Gavell is the Chief of Staff at DMEA where she supports the CEO and senior leadership team by coordinating priorities, strengthening collaboration, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. Amy serves as a key liaison with the Board of Directors, helping maintain alignment and continuity.

Amy has been with DMEA for over 15 years, starting as a Customer Service Representative. She currently serves as Secretary for the Montrose Community Foundation and Treasurer for Mrs. Claus for a Cause. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver and holds a Chief of Staff certification from the Chief of Staff Association.
