Cody Carver

Cody Carver is the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing day-to-day electric operations, including line crews, vegetation management, and fleet operations, to ensure safe and reliable service across the cooperative’s service territory. Cody plays a key role in system readiness and response during outages and major events.

Cody has been with DMEA since 2001 when he started as an Apprentice Lineman. In 2005, he passed his test to become a Journeyman Lineman. In 2009, he was promoted to Line Superintendent of DMEA’s Read facility. Prior to his time at DMEA, Cody worked at Bowie Resources, Inc. as an Underground Roof Bolter. Cody has an associate degree in history along with an Electrical Power Distribution Certificate from Pratt College in Kansas.
